1. Draft - document has been created.
2. Draft review - All applicable Document Managers will review, annotate and provide input from SMEs.
3. Annual Review - documents will be reviewed by the business admin for formatting, typos, etc., and routed for approval to owner for completeness and accuracy.
4. Pending Approval - Documents should only be advanced
to "Pending Approval" upon successful completion of all
required review stages. No track changes and document should be routed as final version.
